East West is a clean, comfortable place, kept spic and span by hosts Kristin and Stuart. Our room had all the conveniences we needed. The location is very convenient--just a short walk to the main shopping and eating places of Rotorua. Kristin served a beautiful breakfast keeping in mind our vegetarian tradition. You can't find nicer hosts than Kristin and Stuart!

We had a wonderful stay in your most comfortable and elegant apartment. The pool was just what we needed after a long day travelling. The breakfast was the final touch, absolutely gorgeous, we felt like royalty. Many thanks, we will definitely be back on are next visit to New Zealand.

Kris and Stu are welcoming, knowledgable, helpful and can anticipate our needs well. We enjoy staying there and particularly enjoy the feel of a homestay as opposed to a hotel. The cleanliness of the apartments is top notch and facilities are excellent.
